When performing surface treatment on stainless steel seamless pipes, do you know what should be considered?
1. Caliber problem: When processing stainless steel seamless elbows, there will be a slight error in the caliber, but according to the current production process, it can be guaranteed to be within the national standard.
2. Internal and external scratches and grinding: Scratches caused during the transportation and pushing of stainless steel seamless elbows will be smoothed before leaving the factory. Deeper areas can also be repaired with electric welding and then grinded.
3. Anti-rust paint treatment: Stainless steel seamless elbows should be coated with anti-rust paint to reduce the chance of rust. When applying anti-rust paint, dip paint should be used instead of brushing. Make sure that every part is evenly applied. After the anti-rust paint is dry, spray it and finally pack it in the dust-free workshop.
