Stainless steel seamless elbows are widely used in pipeline systems in the chemical, petroleum, food and other industries. They are mainly corrosion-resistant, high-pressure-resistant and zero-leakage.
You only need to remember three tips for its installation.
1. Align the mouth
The inlet and outlet of the stainless steel seamless elbow should be aligned with the axis of the pipeline to avoid forced twisting.
2. Slow welding
The welding should be primed with argon arc welding and filled layer by layer (to prevent local overheating and deformation).
3. Clean welding slag
Pickling and passivation after welding to restore the anti-rust layer.
Finally, don’t forget to do quality inspection.
