One method is push molding, which first heats the seamless tube to soften it, then pushes one end of the tube with a special mold, allowing it to slowly form along the curvature of the mold. After cooling, it is trimmed and suitable for making standard bends in batches;
Another method is compression, which involves placing the cut seamless pipe section into a mold with a curved groove and using machine pressure to press the pipe into the desired angle (such as 90 degrees or 45 degrees). This method is more suitable for making elbows with larger diameters or special angles.
Both methods will ultimately undergo surface treatment to ensure corrosion resistance.
