1. Tube bending test
Bend the sample to the specified level at the center of the groove, check the ability of the seamless elbow to withstand bending plastic deformation and show its defects.
2. Tube flattening test
Flatten the metal pipe to the specified size, check the plastic deformation ability of the seamless elbow and reveal its defects.
3. Pipe expansion test
Press the top center of the regular taper into one end of the metal pipe to uniformly expand the diameter to the regular standard, check the ability of the seamless elbow to expand plastic deformation and reveal its defects.
4. Repeated bending test
Clamp one end of the sample, and make 90° repeated reverse bending on a cylindrical surface with a regular radius, to test the ability of the metal to withstand repeated bending and to reveal its defects.
5. Upsetting test
Hammer or forge the standard sample to check the ability of the alloy steel elbow to withstand the plastic deformation of the forging at room temperature or under hot conditions and to show its defects.
