The raw material for making stainless steel seamless elbows is round tube billets. The heating temperature of the steel billet is about 1200°C, and the control of the temperature in the furnace is very critical. After the round tube blank is released from the furnace, it is pierced by a pressure punching machine, and the fuel is hydrogen or acetylene.
