Stainless steel seamless elbows are made of seamless pipes, which have no welds. They are the most widely used pipes in industrial pipes and have the most varieties and specifications. Generally, seamless pipes are used for pressure pipes.
Stainless steel seamed elbows refer to butt welding elbows and straight seam elbows are butt welded with straight seam steel pipes or steel plates. Among them, the butt welding elbow has two welds and the straight seam elbow has one weld. Slotted elbows are mostly used to transport mediums that are not highly corrosive at room temperature and low pressure, such as low-pressure steam, underground circulating water, gas, oil and gas, etc.
Stainless steel seamless elbows are relatively more expensive, because the seamed elbows are mainly made of secondary welding of steel plates, so the prices are cheaper.
