1. Select the induction coil according to the pipe specifications and make the hydraulic system ready for work.
2. Prepare the steel pipe on the machine, measure the bending point, clamp the clamp, start the water supply valve, and check the cooling water spray.
3. After confirming that everything is normal, perform induction power on.
4. Wait for the induction heating of the pipe to reach the appropriate bending temperature, open the hydraulic cylinder to feed the working oil circuit, and perform push bending.
5. Observe and check the bending situation, and immediately stop the liquid cylinder action and induction power supply after completing the bending degree;
6. Turn off the cooling water, loosen the fastening clamp, or repeat the above steps to continuously bend or remove the bent pipe.
