Manufacturing process of stainless steel seamless elbow:
Made of round tube billets, the round tube billets should be cut by a cutting machine and processed into billets with a length of about 1m, and then sent to the furnace for heating via a conveyor belt.
The heating temperature of the steel billet is about 1200℃, and the temperature in the furnace is controlled well.
After the round tube billet is taken out of the furnace, it is perforated by a pressure piercing machine, and the fuel is hydrogen or acetylene. For the piercing machine, the most common one is the conical roller piercing machine, which has high production efficiency, good quality, large perforation and expansion, and can wear a variety of pipe fittings.
The perforated round tube billet is successively rolled by three rollers, continuously rolled or extruded. After extrusion, it should be removed from the tube and sized. The sizing machine rotates the conical drill bit at high speed into the steel billet to punch holes to form pipe fittings.
