Dip quenching is a processing technology for stainless steel seamless elbows. There are three common methods:
1. Dip quenching and axially spray water inside the steel pipe
This method has requirements for the length of the steel pipe. Exceeding the corresponding length will lead to poor quenching performance.
2. Dip quenching and add axial water injection inside and outside the steel pipe
This quenching device has a complex structure and poor control may cause dirt to block the nozzle.
3. Dip quenching and axially spray water inside and outside the steel pipe
The quenching device adopts computer control and has good quenching performance.
