What are the production standards for stainless steel seamless elbows?
First of all, we know that most stainless steel seamless elbows need to be welded. In order to improve the welding quality, the ends are beveled, leaving a certain angle and a certain edge. The angle and deviation range are specified. The surface quality and mechanical properties are basically the same as those of pipe fittings. To facilitate welding, the steel types of pipe fittings and connected pipes are the same.
Then there are the packaging requirements. If the stainless steel seamless elbow is to be exported, it needs to be made into a wooden box (about 1m³), in which the number of elbows cannot exceed 1 ton. The total weight of the list that can be set (large set and small set) does not exceed 1 ton; if it is a large piece, it needs to be packaged individually and marked, indicating the size, steel number, batch number, manufacturer’s trademark, etc.
